Review-when I find a pair of truly wireless headphones that tick all the boxes on my List of must-have features, I tell myself I’m done with checking. But then I’m offered a new pair for review and I just can’t say no. The last pair Of TWS hEadphones I’m testing is the au-Stream ANC TWS headphones From Ausounds. Let’s see if you tick all the boxes.
My must-have features are that they must be comfortable to wear for long periods of time, have excellent sound quality (duh!), no body multi-function button, and that you can not have any audio/video synchronize problems when watching streaming video. You wouldn’t think it would be a problem to find a pair of headphones with all these features, but I’ve been disappointed in the past.

Design and functions
The au-Stream ANC TWS Auxounds headphones come in a matte black plastic cover that doubles as a charger. The cover has its own internal battery that can be recharged with a USB-C cable (yay!) or even on a wireless powered mat (yay x2!).
The headphones are also made of matte black plastic with a few chrome accents and an Apple AirPod-like stem design.
Au-Stream ANC TWS Auxounds headphones feature touch controls instead of a body button to answer/end calls or play/pause media. I like the fact that you don’t need to remember different Tap commands for each earpiece, because the same taps work on each earpiece.
Sound quality for music, video and calls
I tested these headphones when paired with my Huawei P30 Pro. I listened to music streamed by Spotify and Amazon Music and watched videos with Netflix, Hulu and YouTube apps.
For music, these headphones are fantastic! I don’t pretend to be an audiophile, but all the music I heard sounded so good with warm bass, clear vocals and crisp highs. They made me hit my feet and chair dance all day. Some of the songs I enjoyed with these headphones are:
Au-Stream ANC TWS Auxounds headphones are comfortable to use, have a good battery life and have fantastic sound. The only Bumblers are that I didn’t think the ANC function had done much and most importantly I think they are too expensive. You can find some really good TWS Headphones at 1/3 of the price, including my current favorites, which cost over less than these. These favorites don’t sound as good as AU Stream headphones, ANC, and they don’t have wireless powered, but those last two features aren’t on my must-have checklist, so I’m fine with that. So when it matters, I love the way the music sounds when I wear the au-Stream ANC TWS Auxounds headphones. I don’t like the price.
